Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

The Daymaster Affiliate Program pays a revenue-share commission on qualifying cash purchases made by users you refer. The standard rate is 20% of each qualifying purchase, with a 30-day hold before commission becomes payable. Participation requires an application and admin approval; individual rates, rate ranges, and hold periods are set per affiliate at Daymaster’s sole discretion and may be adjusted with notice.

Commission accrues only on completed Stripe cash purchases by referred users. Coin-based purchases, granted coins, refunds, and chargebacks do not accrue commission. Subscriptions, if introduced, accrue only where explicitly enabled.

2. Attribution

A referral binds when a NEW account (created within 72 hours) signs in after following your link. Attribution is first-touch and permanent: one account binds to at most one affiliate, forever. Existing accounts never re-bind.

You may never be your own referral. Self-referral attempts are logged, void, and grounds for suspension.

3. Commissions, holds, and clawbacks

Commissions are held for the configured hold period (default 30 days) before becoming payable, mirroring the refund window. If a referred purchase is refunded in whole or in part, the corresponding commission is clawed back proportionally — including after payout, in which case the negative balance offsets future earnings.

Payouts are requested from your dashboard once your payable balance exceeds the method minimum. Coin payouts credit instantly at the retail coin rate. PayPal and manual payouts are reviewed and processed by an operator. We may withhold or reverse payouts pending fraud review.

The per-link “user bonus” is a slice of YOUR commission rate you choose to forgo so your referred users receive bonus coins on their first cash purchase. It never increases the total program cost.

4. Disclosure duties

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Daymaster wherever you share affiliate links, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction (e.g. “#ad”, “affiliate link — I earn a commission”). Disclosures must be unavoidable, not buried in profiles or link aggregators.

You must comply with each platform’s own promotion rules (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, 小红书, WeChat, etc.) and all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, spam, and privacy laws.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following void commissions and terminate the account: self-referral or referring accounts you control; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any attribution manipulation; bidding on Daymaster brand terms or misspellings in paid search; representing yourself as Daymaster or using our name/logo in domains, handles, or sender identities; spam in any channel; incentivized or fraudulent signups; making health, medical, financial-return, or outcome guarantees on our behalf; targeting minors; and any misrepresentation of what our readings are (see our consumer disclaimer — readings are reflective guidance, not professional advice).

6. Data you see, data we keep

Your dashboard shows aggregates only: clicks, signups, purchaser counts, and revenue sums. You never receive referred users’ identities, contact details, or purchase histories, and you must not attempt to identify them.

We store click telemetry in privacy-reduced form (salted IP hash, coarse device class, referring host only). Your payout details are limited to the PayPal email you provide; bank details for manual payouts are arranged through support and are not stored on the affiliate record.

7. Termination & changes

Either side may end participation at any time. On termination for cause, unpaid commissions are void. On voluntary exit or termination without cause, matured payable balances above the minimum are paid out on the normal schedule. We may amend these terms with notice; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
