Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Daymaster ("we", "us", "the Service"), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Daymaster is operated by Splashbros Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us"); contact sales@splashbros.games. We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes are posted here together with an updated "Last updated" date.

2. Nature of the Service

Daymaster provides AI-assisted readings rooted in Chinese metaphysical traditions — Bazi (Four Pillars), Zi Wei Dou Shu, plus tarot, compatibility, and annual-forecast features.

All output is for entertainment and cultural education only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for major life decisions.

3. Account & Sign-in

Paid features require an account. You must provide a real, working email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Notify us at sales@splashbros.games immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payments, Tokens & Refunds

Some features (full readings, tarot spreads, compatibility analyses, AI follow-up chat) require a one-time payment or consume wallet tokens. All payments are processed via Stripe.

Delivered digital content (generated readings, completed tarot draws) is generally non-refundable. If you experience a serious quality issue, contact us within 7 days and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash but do not expire while your account is active.

5. Your Content

Birth information, questions, names, and any other data you provide are used solely to generate the readings you request. We do not sell this data to third parties.

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of operating, improving, and securing the Service.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) circumvent payment, rate limiting, or auth; (b) reverse-engineer or systematically scrape our APIs; (c) use the Service for unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing purposes; (d) misuse readings to defraud, replace medical care, or otherwise harm others.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

The Daymaster brand, source code, engine implementations, copy, and design are owned by us and protected by copyright. You receive a personal-use licence; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service.

Readings you generate are yours to keep and share personally. They may not be resold as a commercial service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI models and metaphysical computations may produce errors — exercise judgement.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from decisions you make based on the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

After termination we may retain your reading history for a reasonable period to satisfy audit, tax, or legal obligations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation; failing that, they fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, or — by mutual agreement — arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

11. API, Agent Access & Acceptable Use

If you use our API or connect an AI agent (via MCP) to the Service: your API keys and personal access tokens (e.g. sk_live_… / dm_pat_…) are yours to safeguard, and you are responsible for all activity and charges incurred through them — including actions taken on your behalf by AI agents you connect. The per-token daily spend cap is your safeguard.

You may not exceed rate limits, resell or sublicense access, systematically scrape, or build a competing service from our outputs; nor may you bypass auth, billing, or security, or use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

We may suspend or revoke keys/tokens for abuse and may throttle to protect the Service.

Partners integrating via the white-label API are the controllers of their end-users’ data and must enter our Data Processing Addendum (see /dpa).
